Get Your Greens On March Challenge

Join our GET YOUR GREENS ON MARCH CHALLENGE to add more greens into your day for greater health, wealth, weight loss, nourishment and chisel. Let's face it, it's not always easy to get your greens on every day in simple, exciting ways. Use my daily calendar guide of greens to help you along with the recipes and inspiration from others in the private community group.

THE GUIDELINES:

1. Simply eat at least one serving of a GREEN vegetable/fruit/seed/legume/juice/smoothie each day for 31 days of March.
2. Take a picture of what green food you ate, join my interactive community and share your picture. If sharing on IG use ‪#‎moregreensplease‬
3. "Like" the pictures that interest you and get the recipe.

WHY EAT MORE GREENS?

Because the secret to high health and feeling great are found in micronutrient adequacy. What are micronutrients? Vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals - powerful agents to help your body perform optimally and fire on all engines.

Green vegetables don't just have twice the amount of nutrients than white bread bread or a piece of chicken. They have 100X the micronutrents than those foods do! And your body needs these nutrients to stay healthy, fit and happy.

Give this challenge a go. See if you even eat one green a day? See how easily you can add more. Regardless, let's have fun, eat a lot of delicious food and feel great doing it! #moregreensplease
