February is the month of L.O.V.E. and I personally think that anything that puts love in the forefront should be celebrated. So let's celebrate in the following ways together:
Love of sweat. Love of capable body. Love of health. Love of one another. Love of laughter. Love of children. Love of nourishing food. Love of strength. Love of fitness. Love of encouragement. Love of the power of the positive. Love of overcoming obstacles. Love of triumph. Love of Going for it.
And of course...Love of Burpees...hence...the Love Yourself Love Your Burpees Challenge...

ASF BURPEE DEFINITION: Your new BFF for strength, endurance & heart pumping caloric torching.
1. Start by standing with your feet about hip distance apart. Bring your hands to the floor just in front of your feet.
2. Bend knees and Jump your feet back into a plank.
3. Lower your chest to the floor any way any how.
4. With hands flat on the floor about shoulder distance apart or wider, jump your feet back up to your hands.
5. Finish with a jump WHILE clapping your hands together overhead, arms fully extended.
MODIFICATIONS: on step 2 - step one foot back and then the other. Then on step 4 - step one foot forward and then the other. to finish either jump or just clap hands overhead.
