Kid's Training

 Angie’s thesis in her graduate work in Public Health was written on “Reducing cardiovascular risk factors in children and adolescents” where she specialized in developing fitness and nutrition programs for this population. She loves training kids in strength and conditioning, injury prevention for sport, sport specific conditioning and optimal fitness training for sport and non sport.
