Personal Training Packages

Get your personalized training program with Angie’s 20+ years in the healthcare & fitness industry in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, mobility & optimal body performance that will help you get your BEST body and unlimited mindset. 

Cost: $150 per hour (in-person, zoom or google video)

Package: $1400 for 10 sessions (in-person, zoom or google video)
