Angie has been teaching yoga for over 20+years and uses yoga to help people of all ages accomplish their overall fitness goals. Yoga she believes not only helps one’s mental state, but helps improve fitness and optimal performance for athletes of all levels. Angie has travelled all over the United States bringing yoga to runners —from the main stage of the Boston Marathon, the Miami Marathon and the NYC Women’s Half Marathon — to local Lululemon studios.
