Times are tough, but you are tougher. 

Although we are facing extraordinary times right now, you can still bolster your health and fitness with at-home strength workouts or a walk, bike or run around the neighborhood. Challenge yourself to rise above any tough circumstances. 

Here are 7 reasons to workout right now:

1. Working out doesn't equate to being miserable, in fact, it is the opposite. Give it a go and then tell me all about it. 
2. Sweat gives you wings. 
3. A tough workout gives confidence once the symbolic mountain has been conquered. 
4. A good workout is down, dirty and sweaty, yet makes you feel cleansed and capable of conquering ANYTHING.  
5. A tough workout makes you dig for something you didn't know was there where you find something new, bold and desirable about yourself. 
6. Sweat equity allows you to receive 100 times the goodness of the sweat you give. 
7. No one regrets doing a workout, yet many go to bed each night wishing they had done something.
