Why You Should Train Hard

Training done properly is hard.

Anyone that tells you differently is sending you the wrong message.

If it doesn't challenge you, then it won't change you. What is hard for you may be easy for someone else and vice versa. The comparison between you and someone else isn't the key. The key is to push yourself out of your easy and go for what is challenging, but do-able.

If what you do each day is comfortable and easy, then my friends you have missed the opportunity for the changes that you seek.

Hard doesn't equate to miserable.
In fact, it is the opposite.
Hard makes you stronger.
Hard gives confidence once conquered.
Hard is down, dirty and sweaty.
Hard makes you dig for something
you didn't know was there and find something
new in which you are now capable.
Hard allows you to earn 100 X that of the work you give.
Hard is victorious glory, something of the greatest beauty.
Go for the hard. The hard is what makes you great.
It will make all the difference.
